This review is long overdue. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and i cant say enough about Dixie Kitchen and their staff, especially the sales rep we worked with, LaDonna. She was such a great help thru the whole process, a great mediator when the wife and i were trying to make decisions on certain things but werent on the exact same page. Was everything perfect when we received our cabinets? No! but nothing in life is perfect. But what did elevate my score to a 5 star review was how they handled the imperfections / issues i was not happy with. If i had to do it all over again, i would certainly pick Dixie Kitchens again and would hope that LaDonna would be the person i was working with. Trust them with the process, it's what they do for a living and they have a good product, good selections with great service.

The entire team at Dixie Kitchen was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had a great experience with them in helping pick out the best cabinets for us, laying out our kitchen, and final product was amazing. No better place to go to build the perfect kitchen

We were building a new home in TN while living in VA and contacted Yvonne at Dixie Kitchen Distributors after a poor beginning experience with another company. Since we were out of state, Yvonne had to work with us through pictures and descriptions of the ideas that we had for our floor plan. She was able to take our vision and add helpful suggestions to make our dream kitchen and baths a reality. When we got into town to make more concrete decisions, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Dixie Kitchen Dist. has an outstanding showroom with a large variety of designs, colors and styles to fit any budget. Dixie Kitchen Dist. has their own fabricator shop and created a custom appliance garage for us. Yvonne personally went out to our worksite and measured and marked the floors and then worked with the trim company all the way through delivery, installation and completion of our project. We were able to contact her with rework on a backsplash piece and she had her team out the next day to cut and repair the issue. We highly recommend Yvonne and Dixie Kitchen Dist. and will be working more with her in the near future.

If you're looking to update your kitchen, skip the big home improvement stores and go with Dixie Kitchen Distributors! The selection, customer service and price is unmatched anywhere in the Knoxville area! We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen cabinets. And service after the sale too! Clark was so easy to work with and always responded quickly to all our questions.

We love our cabinets! Clark and the other folks at Dixie Kitchen were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process of selection, ordering, installation. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient! The cabinets are gorgeous and the price was the best in town.

Dealing with Donnie and Dixie Kitchens has been so easy. We are building a new home and they have assisted us in a myriad of ways from design and finishes to cabinetry and hardware. I can only highly recommend them for all your kitchen and cabinetry needs.

Back in January of this year I had these guys do a remodel on my kitchen in my loft downtown. Gary was my sales guy and he was a pro throughout the process-very thorough and his attention to detail was great. I have no sense of color or design but these guys made my place look amazing. Would definitely go with them again. I highly recommend them!

I had some damaged doors that my contractor installed. Dan and Kelly worked with me to replace the doors and Casey did an excellent job installing them. I really appreciate their efforts to replace the doors and Casey is a perfectionist and does a wonderful job. Overall, very satisfied with the cabinets. I wish I had Dixie install them and not my contractor.
